great place, cheap, close to the beach, nice room, private balcony, a window in the wall from floor to ceiling, clean, well maintained, clean room every day, the staff friendly, the owner speaks good English and always ready to come to help in every way.

a little bit poor breakfast choice.

This hotel was easily worth of money. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. The hotel is being openened in 2011 and everything was new as well as the other buildings around. Tourists at Kata road seem to be mostly from Scandinavia. The area was very quiet. The public areas were decorated nicely with orchids and wood carvings. The restaurant and laundry services were fair and there were a lot of staff for this small hotel. Wi-fi was working well in rooms. The pool's adult side was deep and well suitable for swimming thought it was located and shared with the next hotel.

It was little hard to find to the hotel because the street is not printed to the all maps yet. The way to beach along a river didn't look and smell nice.
